Bylaws Amendment Notification: Convention Membership Approval/Waiver

The following amendment to the LPD's Bylaws was reported favorably by the Bylaws Committee for notification.  In 30 days, it may come up for a vote to adopt the amendment.  A failed vote to adopt will nullify the notification and the process will have to begin again from scratch.  The full Bylaws can be viewed here for additional context.
