Please note that the State Board of the LPD has determined that the remaining assets of the Libertarian Party of Delaware organization should be transferred to Non-Partisan Delaware to continue our mission of a world set free in our lifetime without the distraction that has become the "Libertarian Party" brand.
Non-Partisan Delaware is a Delaware-ballot qualified political organization seeking to enable and support personal activism outside of the "political party" structure. Their current priorities include:
- Criminal Justice Reforms
- Educational Choice and Accountability
- Environmental Protection
Other assets previously associated with the Libertarian Party of Delaware have also been transferred. When attempting to contact the Libertarian Party of Delaware you may find legacy contact information that will now lead you to Non-Partisan Delaware. Don't panic, it's better this way.
