Under the
Bylaws of the Libertarian Party of Delaware, each county affiliate is permitted to write and adopt their own governing
documents, so long as they do not conflict with any operating documents of the
Libertarian Party of Delaware. Furthermore, they are required to provide
and the Libertarian Party of Delaware is obligated to publish the governing
documents of each county on its own website. Counties are not required
to adopt their own governing documents, but those that have are listed below:
